These terms cover website builds and Care Plans from Siteslingers. By going ahead with a build you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email hello@siteslingers.com before you pay.
1. The Build
- The Build costs £397 and includes up to 5 pages, designed around your business, mobile friendly, with a contact form, click to call and basic Google setup.
- After you send your brief we aim to send your homepage preview within 48 hours. The preview is free and places you under no obligation.
- To go ahead, you pay £200. You pay the remaining £197 when you are happy and the site goes live.
- We aim to go live within five working days of receiving everything we need from you: your details, logo and photos.
- We write your website copy based on your brief. You approve it before launch.
2. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, text and other material you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, prices and claims on your website.
3. Care Plans
- Every website we build runs on our systems and needs a Care Plan: Drifter at £27 a month, Slinger at £47 a month or Outlaw at £97 a month.
- Every Care Plan has a 12 month minimum term. After that, it rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- You can move up a plan at any time. You can move down at your next renewal.
- A change is a small update that takes us under 30 minutes, such as new text, new photos, updated prices or a new review. Unused changes do not roll over. On Outlaw, changes are unlimited and handled one request at a time.
- New pages and new features are quoted separately, as are add ons such as extra pages, booking systems, an online shop and logo design.
4. Google and search
We build every site properly for Google and, on Slinger and Outlaw, carry out monthly work to help you climb. Nobody honest can guarantee rankings, and we do not.
5. Leaving
Every Care Plan has a 12 month minimum term. After that, it rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Yes, your website is yours. Your content, your design and your domain belong to you. While you're on a Care Plan, we host and manage it for you. If you ever leave, we send you all your website files free of charge.
6. Payment
Invoices are payable on receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing. If a Care Plan payment is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause changes or take the site offline after giving you notice.
7. Our responsibility
We take care to keep your website secure, backed up and online, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.

9. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
